Accommodating staff and nice breakfast with lots of options. Within walking distance of Garden Restaurant, where you can have lunch. The host was friendly.

It is near to the ideal beach. Apart from that, the story of eastbourne was 5 minutes away by driving. Excellent meals at hotel. The staff of 17 Wilmington Square went out of their way to make our stay good!
